New group classes begin at Rye Harbour and Rye Sports Centre - check schedule for times and days

February 2022

While all classes are back to normal we will continue to exercise caution both in terms of distancing and deep cleaning. 

 May 21 Onwards

Wittersham and Rye Harbour Classes are back now restrictions have been lifted - some ZOOM classes are continuing.  Private 121 lessons are also back in your home or by ZOOM.

 January & February  21 Classes 

All classes are now Zoom Classes during Lock-down

December 20  Classes - A 'GO' again for Tier 2 

Please check the schedule (Tier 2 public classes are go again while Tier 3 location classes remain on Zoom)

November 20 - Experimenting 

Well here we are again but this time we are experiementing with Zoom interactive on-line classes rather than videos so my thanks to you all for your patience with my technical skills.

September 20 - Indoor Classes

In compliance with all government COVID 19 regulations, guidelines from Yoga Alliance and Wheel of Yoga, and local venue distancing and cleansing instructions indoor classes have now re-opened - please remember you must book a place to attend a group class and let me know in advance if you have to cancel so we can stay strictly within the numbers permitted.

June 20 Outdoor Classes

My thanks to all those who have attended the outdoor classes since lock-down - we were lucky most of the time with weather but faced a few weather and light challenges as the nights closed in towards the end of summer. 

March 20 Lock-down

Many thanks to everyone that worked with me remotely during lock-down.  I hope you enjoyed the suite of videos and thanks for putting up with my first amateur attempt on delivering classes on-line. For those of you shielding please be aware our thoughts are with you and if you need anything just ask.

January 20 - Xmas Donation

Christmas 2019 saw the Rye Harbour Yogis attend a RNIB charity class where we all attempted to undertsand the class difficulties faced by the partitally sighted and blind. the class was conducted with blindfolds and we raised £130 for the RNIB.

Well done to all my students wh practised blindfolded - well done, and thanks to you for all your donations to the charity.
